Our vintage Victorian home is nestled on a lovely, quiet tree-lined street yet is only 1 block to our quaint Victorian Mall and 2 blocks to our beautiful boardwalk and beach. In fact, it's a short walk to just about everything from the Victoriana... beaches, shops, markets, restaurants and entertainment. Just park your car in our private lot and set off for a Relaxing, hassle free holiday!

Victoriana Kitchen Area The Victoriana also offers:

A large wrap-around front porch with rockers and wicker furniture for relaxing. Books and magazines are also available there for your reading pleasure.
Large, airy rooms and comfortable beds.
Outdoor hot/cold shower with dressing room for changing and adjacent clothesline for hanging wet towels, suits, etc.
Individual storage boxes for beach chairs and other miscellaneous beach items.
For our smoking guests Ashtrays are Provided on the porch. Our Apartments are non-smoking for the safety of our historic building and comfort of our guests.

We consider our prime season to be Mid-June to Mid-September.
During that time we are sorry, but we can only accept reservations by the week (Saturday to Saturday).
However, should there be a last minute cancellation, we would consider less than a weeks stay.

We do offer off-season weekends during May, June, September and October.
Please check with us for our equally reasonable off-season rates.
