Constructed by local architect and builder Enos Williams in 1876 as a summer home for the Webster family of Philadelphia. The Thomas Webster House is a stately three story French Second Empire Victorian. Located on the shaded corner of Washington Street and Madison Avenue 1/2 block from the Physick Estate in the secondary historic district. A wonderful park and duck pond is across the street, clay tennis courts are a short walk, the quaint shops are only a few short blocks away and all of the fine restaurants are within walking distance. Best of all when you return to your suite at the Webster House your own private porch will be waiting just outside the hustle and bustle of town. You can sit and read, take in the sunset or just enjoy the quiet charm of Victorian Cape May.
