Bradley Beach
Description and Photos

Bradley Beach is a family-oriented beach with the main Street (Ocean Avenue) lined with an assortment of houses, apartments, condominiums and bungalows. There is a Miniature golf course and playground on the boardwalk which make the beach an excellant choice for families with younger children.

Beach Tags are sold on a daily or seasonal basis, and restrooms are provided on the boardwalk at Evergreen, Third, La Reine and Newark avenues. The Beaches are protected by lifeguards during the Summer season and you will find a variety of Concession stands, located at Brinley, Second and Newark avenues. Pushcart Venders also operate from Lake Terrace to Cliff Avenue and between Ocean Park and La Reine avenues.

The miniature golf course is located at McCabe Avenue, and you will find the playground and park at Park Place Avenue. The Bouough also hosts it's summer concert series at the gazebo at Fifth Avenue.

For the Surfing Crowd a one-mile stretch of beach between Third and Fifth Avenues is reserved for surfing and restricted to bathers. The bathing beaches are divided by a series of jetties. The Beach attracts a crowd of locals, summer renters and day visitors.

On-street parking is available but like most Shore communities can be a challenge finding open slots during the In-Season.
