Spring Lake
Description and Photos

Step back in time to a Shore Community loaded with accommodations and a peaceful relaxed atmosphere. Almost 2 miles of non-commercial Beaches and a Boardwalk that is being replaced with plastic synthetic boards make this town an enjoyable destination for both Day trips and relaxing vacations of a week or more. The name is taken from the many springs that feed the town's lake which is a beautiful destination by itself due to the scenery and older trees that line it's shores.

You will also be taken back in time by the lovely shopping district which boasts over 60 stores and boutiques. Dining is also a pleasure although the varied menus of the many fine restaurants may present you with the problem of trying to decide which one will be your destination for the evening meal.

Beach passes are available on a Daily and also a seasonal basis and OceanAvenue offers Free Parking. A laid back community you will find the Beach crowd is mainly family orientated and the Communities beaches are probably among the least crowded during the summer season. There are various volleyball nets found along the 4 beaches in Spring Lake and Surfing is allowed at Pitney Avenue and Monmouth Avenue. There is a food concession and restrooms are available at the Ludlow and Atlantic avenues pavilion and at Brown Avenue.
