A deposit of 2 days rental is required to confirm reservation.
Balance due on arrival in cash, Travelers' checks or money orders. No personal checks will be accepted for payment of final balance
Deposits refunded if notified in writing 2 weeks in advance of arrival date, subject to a 25% service charge.
Deposits not transferable to future reservations
No refunds due to weather or early check out.
