No refunds on early check-outs or no shows. These rates do not apply to groups, conventions, weekends or holidays and are subject to change unless secured by advanced reservation. $10 key deposit is required. Sorry, no pets or bicycles in room. Specific room preference is accepted, however, rooms are guaranteed by Room Type "A-F" only, not by specific room number or floor. |

published rates have been discounted 5% for those choosing to pay cash.
Please add 5% to the rates to determine full rate. Please add 14% NJ
State Hotel/Motel tax to published rates. DEPOSITS - A deposit of 1-night is required to secure a reservation of up to 4 days. A 2-night deposit is required for a stay of 5-7 days. A 3-night deposit is required beyond a 7-day stay. A personal check is sufficient as a deposit. Reservations are held for one week only unless a deposit is received. All deposits are receipted via mail or fax. Reservations are held until 6:00 PM unless notified of later arrival time. CANCELLATIONS and DEPOSIT REFUNDS - A deposit is refunded if notified two weeks prior to arrival date subject to 25% service charge. Full deposit may be applied to a later date depending on availability if rebooked at the time of cancellation and notified before two weeks prior to your arrival. A three week notification is required when canceling type F and F+ accommodations. Deposit may not be applied to next season and is not transferable. There are no refunds for early check-outs, inclement weather or no-shows. Deposits secured by a Credit Card are non-refundable. PAYMENT - Your balance is due upon arrival and is payable in cash, Traveler's Checks, Money Order, or Certified Check at the already 5% cash discounted rate. Major Credit Cards are welcome at the full rate. Personal checks are acceptable for deposit only. PARKING - is available for one car per unit only. Two parking spaces are available for type F accommodations only if vehicles fit into designated spaces. Sorry, no pets or bicycles in room. SPECIFIC ROOM PREFERENCE is accepted, however, rooms are guaranteed by room type "A-F" only, not by specific room number or floor. MISREPRESENTATION - voids reservation and will be subject to forfeiture of prepaid deposit. |
