All rates are discounted cash rates. A deposit of 2 days' rental is required to confirm reservation. Deposit credited to first and last day of period reserved. All confirmed reservations will be held until 6PM unless otherwise notified. Personal checks on deposit only. Balance due on arrival in cash, traveler's checks or money orders (no personal checks). Deposits refundable less 25% if notified 2 weeks in advance of arrival. No refund on unused days or no shows - no exceptions. Neither unused days nor deposits are transferable to another guest or time period
